Self-Care
Self-Care for When You Have Literally Zero Energy
A low-effort reset for the days when even replying feels like a side quest.

Self-care is not always a 12-step morning routine with matching containers. Sometimes it is drinking water, putting your phone down, and refusing to make one bad day your entire personality.
Start with the smallest reset
Wash your face, change your shirt, open a window, or eat something easy. Tiny wins count. The goal is not to become a new person by lunchtime.
Delete one source of noise
Mute the chat, close the tabs, or leave the doom-scroll loop. Your nervous system does not need another plot twist right now.
Make tomorrow easier
Put out clothes, charge your phone away from the bed, or write down the one thing you need to remember. Future-you deserves a small assist.
The bottom line
You are allowed to recover without earning it first. Keep the reset gentle, repeat what helps, and ask for support if low energy keeps hanging around.
